Early-access privacy notice
This notice covers one thing: the email address you give us when you ask for early access to DialRoom. It is short because we keep very little.
Who we are
DialRoom is run by NullScience.ai. For any question about your data, write to privacy@nullscience.ai.
What we keep
- Your email address.
- When you asked, how many confirmation emails we sent you, and when you confirmed.
- Which version of this notice you saw.
Nothing else. We don’t ask for your name, and we don’t record your IP address, device or location with your address. This site sets no cookies.
What we use it for
- One email to confirm the address is yours.
- An email when DialRoom opens, or when your invitation is ready if we open in stages.
- Until then, a few short notes about the opening, never more than one a week.
That is all. We never use your address for advertising, and we never sell it, rent it or share it with anyone else, including dealers, auction houses and brands. We never upload it to Meta, Google or any other advertising platform, and this site has no Meta pixel or any other advertising pixel.
Why we may use it
You ask us to, and you confirm it. If you are in the UK, the EU or Switzerland, our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by leaving the list. Leaving doesn’t affect emails we sent before.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the list.
- Resend sends our emails. It keeps a copy of each email for 30 days, and in its backups for up to 7 days more.
- Google hosts our mailbox. If you write to us or reply to our emails, your message is kept there.
All three act only on our instructions, under data processing terms. All three are US companies, so your address may be stored and handled in the United States and other countries where they work. For people in the UK, the EU and Switzerland, these transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. No one else receives your address.
When you visit, Cloudflare handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect the site, as any web host does. We don’t connect them to your email address. This site loads no advertising, social media or analytics scripts from other companies, so no one else can use it to follow what you do across other websites. That is also why Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals change nothing here: every visit is treated the same way.
How long we keep it
- If you don’t confirm within 7 days, we delete the address.
- Once you confirm, we keep it until you leave the list, or for 12 months after DialRoom opens, whichever comes first.
- When an address is deleted, it is gone from the list at once, and from our database backups within 30 days.
- If you write to us, we delete the messages once we have answered you.
Leaving the list
Every email we send has a link that removes you straight away. You can also enter your address below, or write to privacy@nullscience.ai.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or send you a copy. We answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Giving us your address is your choice. Without it we can’t tell you when we open, and nothing else changes. We make no automated decisions about you.
Early access is for adults. Please don’t ask if you are under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new date. If a change affects how we use your address, we will ask you again before it applies.
